Job Overview
We are recruiting Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to young people in a supported living environment. You will help create a safe, stable, and positive space where young people can develop independence and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Support young people with daily living, emotional, and social needs
- Build positive relationships and maintain appropriate boundaries
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and independence
- Manage and respond to challenging behaviour
- Encourage education, life skills, and positive outcomes
- Work with local authorities and external professionals
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in activities, routines, and team meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year UK experience supporting young people (required)
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexible to work shifts (days, nights, weekends)
