We are looking for a motivated and approachable Youth Mentor / Youth Worker to join our team delivering our new youth programme in Beam Park.
The programme combines sport, games, food, workshops, wellbeing activities and informal mentoring, giving young people aged 10–17 somewhere positive to spend their time and access trusted adults.

Activities may include:
Indoor activities

- Team sports and games
You won't simply be standing on the sidelines. We want mentors who are hands-on, energetic and willing to get involved.
A key part of the role will be building positive relationships with young people and becoming a trusted, consistent adult presence. - Manage challenging behaviour calmly and appropriately.
- Support attendance and basic monitoring of engagement.
- Work positively with the wider YouThrive team.
- Help with setting up, refreshments and packing away.
