We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Duty Manager to join our luxury country house hotel in the heart of the New Forest.
This hands-on role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel, support all departments, and act as Manager on Duty during shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily hotel operations across reception, F&B, and guest services
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
Support weddings, events, and busy service periods
Lead and motivate operational teams during shifts
Ensure health & safety and hotel standards are consistently met
About You
Previous hotel management or duty manager experience essential
Knowledge of Reslynx/ Guestline Preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Luxury hospitality experience preferred
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude
