Welfare Cabin Cleaner
Location: Police Station Site, Wolverhampton
Hours: 6.5 hours, Tuesdays and Fridays
Contract: Approximately 12 months

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team carrying out welfare cabin cleaning on a construction site in Wolverhampton. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness within site cabins and welfare facilities to ensure a clean, hygienic and safe working environment for site personnel.
Due to the nature of the site, reliability, professionalism and a high level of trustworthiness are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties within construction site welfare cabins including site offices, canteen cabins and toilet blocks.
- Clean and sanitise desks, tables, worktops and other hard surfaces within site office and canteen cabins.
- Wipe down and disinfect kitchen preparation areas, sinks, taps, kettles and microwave exteriors within welfare cabins.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect toilet facilities within site welfare units including WCs, urinals, washbasins, mirrors and dispensers.
- Replenish welfare consumables such as soap, hand towels and toilet tissue as required.
- Empty internal waste bins from cabins and welfare areas, ensuring waste is disposed of safely and in accordance with site waste management procedures.
- Sweep and mop cabin floors, paying particular attention to high-traffic areas where site debris may accumulate.
- Follow all company procedures and site-specific health and safety requirements, including safe use of cleaning chemicals within active construction environments.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is essential.
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Friendly, professional and trustworthy attitude.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is beneficial, although full training will be provided.
