We’re looking for a Head Chef to help shape the business from the beginning.
Not someone obsessed with tweezers and micro herbs.
Someone who understands that the best restaurants are often the simplest.

The Person
You might already be a Head Chef.
You might be a Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step.
Either way you’ll need:
- Strong cooking skills
- Good organisational ability
- A sense of humour
- Commercial awareness
- Pride in your work
- The ability to lead a team without shouting at people!
Most importantly, you’ll understand that hospitality is about making people happy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing seasonal menus
- Recruiting and developing the kitchen team
- Managing food costs and labour
- Working closely with local suppliers
- Building a kitchen culture people actually want to be part of
- Helping create a restaurant people talk about for the right reasons

Pay: £42,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
