Chez Rose
Chez Rose is a newly opened neighbourhood bistro by chef Spencer Metzger, combining seasonal British produce with the spirit and technique of classic French cooking.
The restaurant is created in partnership with acclaimed restaurateurs Jason Atherton and Irha Atherton, who join Metzger in bringing the project to life. Together they aim to create a welcoming space a lively, elegant bistro where exceptional food, great wine, and warm hospitality take centre stage.

About you:
We are recruiting for talented and experience Waiter-Waitress to join our talented Team. You would have excellent eye for detail and be proactive in the Restaurant and offer efficient support system to Management and the Front of House Team. You will go beyond and above the call of duty to ensure that every guest receives a lasting and memorable experience.
Working structure:
3 doubles and 2 short shifts per week.
2 days off
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests to the restaurant in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest feedback effectively and professionally
- Manage Reservations, seating arrangements, and table service
- Assist with the smooth running of the restaurant, including overall cleanliness, general standards and order of service
- Follow standard working procedures
- Adhere to food safety and health safety regulations
- Support the team through delivering training that supports their learning and development
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and ideas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Waiter/Waitress with solid Hospitality experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to inspire your team
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Start Date: Immediate Start
