Electrical Improver / Newly Qualified Electrician
Fanshawe Group are a growing electrical specialist operating within the social housing sector, with a service coverage area across Essex, London and Sussex.
We are looking for an Electrical Improver or Newly Qualified Electrician looking for their next opportunity and wanting to develop their career within a supportive and growing business.
The Role
- Reactive and planned electrical repairs and installations within social housing
- Working hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday
- Service coverage across Essex, London and Sussex
- Candidates must be prepared for considerable driving and time on the road
- Long-term, ongoing work
- Overtime and price work opportunities available depending on contracts
- Full support and opportunities for development within the business
Pay & Benefits
- £180–£200 per day
- Van provided
- Fuel card provided
- Fortnightly payments
- Self-employed CIS basis
- Long-term work with the potential to move into a permanent PAYE position, subject to continued development and performance
Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate must:
- Have experience working within the social housing sector
- Have experience carrying out both reactive and planned repairs/installations
- Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points
- Hold a valid ECS card
- Hold the following qualifications:
- 18th Edition
- C&G Level 2 & Level 3 Electrical
- Asbestos Awareness
