Shortcuts GrangePark is looking to recruit a Children’s Salon manager/Senior Team member. As Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring a high standard of service, organisation, and team support at all times with the support of the director.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting hair of all ages and managing our get timely system.
- Oversee the daily operations of the salon.
- Support and manage the team to ensure a positive working environment.
- Ensure all clients receive excellent customer service.
- Handle bookings, scheduling, and general organisation.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the salon.
- Deal with customer queries or concerns professionally.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance where needed.
- Supporting development of work experience students.
- Ensure salon policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Requirements
- Qualified hairdresser and barber is a must!
- Previous salon experience essential
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Confident working with children including SEND.
- Reliable, organised, and proactive
Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
