Duties
- Serve high quality coffee drinks while maintaining company standard.
- Support the Store Manager in supervising daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Assist in managing team schedules, delegating tasks, and motivating staff to deliver top-tier hospitality experiences
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and quality in all menu items
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across the premises
- Train new staff members on serving techniques, food production, and safety procedures to foster a knowledgeable team
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages or waste
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, setting up displays and barista practices.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for food production and handling
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Previous experience in coffee shop environments is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
