We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Scarborough Resettlement and Community Safety Scheme (RACS). Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll lead and support a team delivering high-quality, trauma-informed and person-centred support to people with complex needs, helping them build safer, more independent futures.
What you'll be doing:

Leading, motivating and supporting a dedicated team.

Overseeing referrals, risk assessments, support plans and safeguarding concerns.

Providing supervision, coaching and development opportunities for staff.

Building strong partnerships with housing providers, local authorities and other agencies.

Managing day-to-day service delivery, rotas and performance monitoring.
-
Supporting service quality, health and safety, and continuous improvement.

Deputising for the Service Manager when required and participating in the on-call rota.
What we're looking for:

Someone who has experience leading or supervising a team.

Can build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

Understands safeguarding, risk management and working with vulnerable people.

Has knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.

Is organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
-
Communicates confidently with clients, colleagues and partner agencies.
-
Is passionate about equality, inclusion and helping people achieve their goals.
-
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle for work.
-
Experience or knowledge of housing, homelessness, criminal justice, mental health or related support services would be advantageous.
