Overview:
DCG Logistics UK LTD are an international logistics company with several warehouses in the U.K at Witham, Chelmsford, Dartford, and Coventry.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Export Operator to join our team. As a Junior Export Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and sales processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Communicate with our internal Transport, Customs, and Accounts departments to ensure that goods are delivered on time, cleared for export, and that all required invoices are paid.
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accurate records of sales transactions
- Completing shipping instructions, VGM's, and raising HBL's where necessary.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in logistics, sales, or a related field is preferred but not a requirement
- Proficient in data entry and working with software systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
