We are a 42 bedded Nursing Home set in idyllic grounds in the heart of the Shropshire Hills soon to be 52 beds with a new extension of dementia beds. We are seeking dedicated and proactive Care Assistants to work at Hillcrest Manor Nursing Home, Minsterley.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide support and encouragement to residents in all areas / activities of daily living.
- Ensure the respect, dignity and rights to privacy of residents.
- Contributes to the assessment of residents needs and the development of individualised plans of care and support in consultation with Service Users, their relatives and the Care Team.
- Act as an associate worker for an identified residents, or designated group.
- Works with the care and support team to deliver high standards of service to achieve planned goals.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Positive, can-do attitude.

This is a hands-on role in a supportive care setting, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, and making a real difference in a community-focused environment.
Experience of working within a Care Home is desirable
