Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated Team Member to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work in a busy Peruvian-style street food stall, supporting kitchen operations and helping to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining high kitchen standards, cleaning duties, assisting with daily operations, and working alongside the bar team to ensure excellent customer service. Full training will be provided.
Previous hospitality or kitchen experience is preferred but not essential, as we are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
Duties
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and food hall.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as required.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Work alongside the bar team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Keep food preparation and storage areas organised and tidy.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Help maintain quality and presentation standards for all food served.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties required to support the business.
Pay: £12.21 per hour
