Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared efficiently and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately and handle payments securely.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and promote special offers or events.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently, including proper handling of food and beverages.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to serve guests courteously and efficiently.
- Good understanding of basic maths for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills to keep the bar area clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- A personable attitude with excellent communication skills, especially in serving customers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the business schedule.
