We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nursing Associate to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Assist registered nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering personalised patient care.
- Implement and monitor individualised care plans in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Administer medications and treatments as authorised, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Maintain accurate records using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance.
- Support organisational tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and managing supplies.
- Observe patients closely for any changes in condition and report findings promptly to senior staff.
- Promote a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and infection control standards.
Requirements
- recognised qualification as a Nursing Associate or equivalent.
- Proven experience in nursing or healthcare settings, with a strong understanding of care plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to healthcare documentation and communication.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
Pay: £15.32 per hour
