We are recruiting qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioners to join our expanding team. We have multiple positions available and are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding early years care and education.

As a Qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS requirements
- Plan, prepare, and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Observe, assess, and accurately record children’s progress
- Support children’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and individual needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain staff ratios and routines
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
- Attend staff meetings, training, and supervisions as required
Requirements (Essential):
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years
- Proven experience working in an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Enhanced DBS check (including children’s barred list), or willingness to obtain one
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and committed to high standards of care
Desirable Requirements:
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Experience completing observations and assessments
- Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and inspection readiness
- Willingness to undertake further training and CPD
