The North Face store Belfast is an official partnership store, owned and operated by Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports — a British, family-owned brand that has been equipping explorers for nearly 100 years.
Our new store opening offers an exciting opportunity for those looking to move into retail management. We are hiring for a Supervisor to provide valuable support to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager as well as to help drive the new store to success.

This is ideal for someone looking to move up into a Supervisory position and develop their retail career in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
The role:
- Support Store and Assistant Store Managers with daily operations within the store
- Implement training and development plans from managers
- Serve as a role-model on the shop floor for other team members, ensuring you are delivering excellent customer service
- Keep the store looking its best, with stock levels and visual merchandising aligned to brand guidelines
- Carry out key operational tasks such as cashing up, opening and closing the store
- Work alongside the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
The person:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Exceptional customer service and willing to support team members in developing theirs
- Reliable and organised, with a positive and supportive attitude
- Flexible and adaptable, happy to get stuck into whatever’s needed
- A confident communicator who works well with others
