- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, carers, and families, to optimise therapeutic outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, progress notes, and care plans in compliance with organisational standards
- Educate clients and their support networks on the benefits of music therapy and encourage active participation
- Stay informed about current research and best practices within the field of music therapy to enhance service quality

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Proficiency in IT systems for documentation, scheduling, and reporting purposes
