As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Lettings Co-ordinator to join our team. The Role
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You’ll coordinate the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in while providing administrative support across both lettings and property management.

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Lettings Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lettings process, liaising with prospective tenants and landlords, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the rental cycle. Responsibilities
- * Coordinate the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in.
- * Manage enquiries from landlords, tenants and prospective applicants by phone and email.
- * Arrange and coordinate property viewings.
- * Process tenancy applications and complete referencing.
- * Prepare tenancy agreements, move-in packs and all associated documentation.
- * Ensure all compliance requirements are met, including Right to Rent checks, EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs and other statutory documentation.
- * Coordinate inventories, check-ins, key handovers and rent increases.
- * Advertise available properties across online portals and social media platforms.
- * Maintain accurate records and update the company CRM and internal systems.
- * Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- * Support the Property Management team with day-to-day administration and coordination.
- * Assist in resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- * Help improve internal processes and contribute ideas as the business continues to grow.
- * Work closely with the Director, taking ownership of responsibilities and supporting the continued growth of the business.
- * As your experience develops, you’ll have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility with a clear pathway to progress into a senior position within the company.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience is desirable.
- Driving License Essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programmes.

Pay: £27,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
