Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced class 1 drivers to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and various locations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with driving experience with regular daily runs being an advantage. 90% of workload is from Felixstowe port.
-2 weekend shifts per month required
-Monthly bonuses for performance & fuel
Duties:
- Safely operate skeletal trailers
- Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment
- Follow all driving rules and regulations
- Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Daily walk around checks, with good communication of defects.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding H&S and transport
Requirements:
- C+E entitlememt
- DQC
- 2 years experience with up to 6 points
- Excellent knowledge of tachograph rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills to interact with planners, customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability for loading/unloading of goods & trailer swaps

Pay: £42,500.00-£52,000.00 per year
