HOURS: 36 PER WEEK OVER 4 DAYS A WEEK; WILL INCLUDE ALTERNATIVE WEEKENDS
Broughton House Veteran Care Village is a unique home that places residents first - always. Working as part of a wider and well networked multidisciplinary team we provide specialist care for veterans living with dementia or those with general nursing and residential needs, you will use your expert knowledge and skills coupled with your innovative and problem solving approach to assist the Head Chef deliver excellent catering and nutrition support to our residents, supported by a dynamic and hands on leadership team.
You will have kindness in buckets, great communication skills and an approach to people that assures their safety and dignity at all times and respects everyone as an individual.
You will have experience of care home settings where you will have dealt with modified diet requirements and have designed traditional home cooked fayre and used to receiving all kitchen deliveries and maintaining high standard of food hygiene and compliance with Safer Food better Business.
