Painter & Decorator Required – Bristol, BS2
We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a refurbishment project in St Paul’s, Bristol (BS2), starting immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced painter to work on the refurbishment of a music studio, with weekend work available and the potential for further projects following completion.
The Role
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, filling and making good imperfections.
- Apply paint, varnish and other finishes using brushes and rollers.
- Select the appropriate materials and techniques to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Work professionally alongside other tradespeople and contractors.
- Complete work to a high standard while meeting project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with the site team and, where required, clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience as a Painter & Decorator.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full set of professional painting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Driving licence and own transport preferred, but not essential.
Pay & Project Details
Rate: £22 per hour
Start: Immediately
Location: St Paul’s, Bristol, BS2
Duration: Approximately 2 weeks, with potential for an extension and further work in Bristol and surrounding areas
Weekend Work: Available
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 8 to 12 hour days available
