This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager who thrives in a high-volume branded restaurant environment and takes real pride in developing, motivating, and driving guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-volume restaurant
- Inspiring, developing, and motivating management and front-of-house teams
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards
- Managing labour, budgets, stock control, and overall financial performance
- Driving sales growth while ensuring excellent service and brand consistency
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and company procedures
- Recruiting, training, and developing team members to build a high-performing culture
- Working closely with the kitchen and senior leadership teams to achieve business objectives
You:
- Proven experience as an AGM or General Manager within a high-volume branded restaurant
- A passionate leader with a strong track record of developing and retaining successful teams
- Commercially focused with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and profitability
- A hands-on manager who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
