We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist Lead to provide clinical and operational leadership for our Occupational Therapy service.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team delivering high-quality, person-centred support to students with complex needs within a specialist educational environment. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure that Occupational Therapy provision remains evidence-based, assessment-led, and responsive to the individual needs of our students.
Salary: £23.56 per hour / £33,106.51 per year
Contract Length: Permanent
Working Weeks: 40 weeks per year
Working Hours: 30 per week
Closing Date: 22nd July 2026, 12 noon
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Occupational Therapy team, maintaining a specialist caseload, and supporting the delivery of interventions that enhance students' quality of life, independence, wellbeing, and access to education. The post holder will be a qualified Occupational Therapist with strong clinical expertise and experience supporting individuals with complex needs. They will demonstrate the ability to lead and support a team, maintain high professional standards, promote best practice, and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for students.
The role requires interest in specialist education, sensory processing and complex physical needs. The post will include supporting the use of specialist equipment, enabling access to and participation in education.
