Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full Time Hotel Reception Team Member, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Your energetic and friendly approach will ensure every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This role offers a vibrant environment where your hospitality skills and multilingual abilities will shine, creating memorable stays for diverse visitors. You’ll handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service that exceeds expectations.
The job is working five days out of seven over a variation of shifts including early and late shifts.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and clarity
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, or concierge services
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or making reservations to ensure clear communication
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions to support smooth operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel reception or guest services roles preferred; hospitality background highly valued
- Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency to assist a diverse range of guests effectively
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on courteous phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding guest service with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of hotel management software or reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
