About Us:
Our Guest Services Team plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for all our guests, including big corporations, children and young people on residential's, B&B accommodation guests, and staff. Our hospitality experience is not just about serving guests; it's about creating moments that matter and contributing to a purpose-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing the full range of cleaning and turnaround tasks throughout all areas of the Brathay site.
- Assisting in the running of events, providing food and beverage services to clients
- Training and develop General Assistants, ensuring that regular one to one meetings are carried out and that personal development plans are in place and progressed
- Undertaking routine checking of the quality of work completed ensuring it is to the appropriate quality standards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated previous experience relevant to the role
- Strong team working skills
- Experience in a customer-focused environment
- Good time management skills
