Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile High End Multi Trader to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of specialized trades and ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship across luxury residential and commercial projects. Duties
- Coordinate and execute a variety of trades including carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, and fabrication to ensure seamless project progression.
- Perform detailed carpentry tasks such as framing, cabinetry, and finish carpentry with precision and care.
- Conduct roofing installations and repairs using appropriate techniques and materials for high-end properties.
- Apply high-quality painting techniques to enhance aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces in luxury environments.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client specifications.
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stonework, or concrete finishing with meticulous attention to detail.
- Carry out welding tasks for structural or decorative purposes using various welding techniques.
- Manage electrical installations, troubleshooting issues while adhering to safety regulations.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for fabrication, assembly, or repair tasks across multiple trades.
- Oversee fabrication projects involving custom metal or woodwork to meet bespoke design requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following health and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of high-end projects.
Experience
- Proven experience in multi-trade roles within luxury residential or commercial construction environments.
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical systems, and fabrication processes.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools essential for detailed craftsmanship.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple trade disciplines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and building codes relevant to high-end construction projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately for precise execution of work.
