The Flower Connection is the North’s leading importer and wholesaler of fresh flowers, plants, and sundries, based at the Yorkshire Produce Centre in Leeds LS9 0PX.
We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic team members to join our evening/night shift as a Flower Picker. In this role, you’ll be key to preparing beautiful, fresh flowers for our early-morning deliveries to customers across the region.
Position Details
- Part-Time: Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday, 8 hour shifts, totaling 24-hour, additional hours may also be available.
- Occasional flexibility and overtime may be needed during busy periods to meet customer demand.
What You'll Do
- Accurately pick and pack flower orders for our florists & Wedding / events customers using scanning devices.
- Carefully prepare fresh items for delivery, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to ensure every order meets our high-quality standards.

- Dependable Evening/Night Shift Worker – Trustworthy, reliable and comfortable with evening/night hours.
- Detail-Oriented – capable of picking orders with precision, care, and attention to detail. willing to gain knowledge of flower and plant varieties and handle them with care.
- Great Team Member – working cooperatively to ensure the team succeeds.
