Self-Employed Housekeeper (Immediate start)

About the Role
G3 Property & Domestic Services Ltd is looking for reliable, professional and hardworking Self-Employed Housekeepers to join our growing team working at the prestigious Hapimag Resort in Bowness-on-Windermere.
This role involves preparing luxury holiday cottages to an exceptional standard, ensuring every guest arrives to a spotless, welcoming and fully prepared property.
We are looking for people who take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out full changeover cleans of luxury holiday cottages.
- Make beds to a hotel-quality standard.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas thoroughly.
- Vacuum and mop all floors.
- Dust and sanitise all surfaces.
- Clean internal windows and mirrors where required.
- Restock guest consumables and welcome items.
- Check appliances and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company procedures.
- Ensure cottages are ready within scheduled turnaround times.
- Work alongside other members of the housekeeping team.
- Treat guests, colleagues and client staff professionally at all times.
- Report any lost property or damage immediately.
What We're Looking For
Essential:

- Good level of physical fitness.
- Able to follow instructions and cleaning procedures.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Able to reliably commute to LA23 (Bowness-on-Windermere).
- Willing to register as self-employed (if not already).
Desirable:
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience.
- Holiday let or hospitality experience.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Working Hours
Work is available throughout the week, including weekends and bank holidays.
Typical hours range from 5–30 hours per week, depending on occupancy and your availability.
Shift times are generally between 9:00am and 4:00pm, although finish times vary depending on the day's workload.
