Nottingham Trams Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Relations Agent to join our Service Delivery Department. In this role, you’ll be the face of our organisation, helping ensure customers receive a safe, positive, and high‑quality experience.
We are currently recruiting for a full-time permanent position based at our NET Depot.

Your role will focus on:
- Customer/Client Experience — Providing excellent service and ensuring customer have what they need for a smooth experience.
- Accuracy & Accountability — Recording information clearly and following procedures consistently.
- Teamwork & Communication — Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to maintain high standards of safety, quality, providing real-time information through website, social media, phone, email and text alert, in coordination with other departments

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a customer service role.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle situations with fairness and professionalism.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management software.
- Someone dependable, punctual, and committed to doing things well.
- A good eye for detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
