Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of high-quality dishes, with a focus on fresh, handmade food including fresh pasta, fresh pizzas, pastries and breads.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about food and eager to develop their skills within a busy, professional kitchen environment. The Chef de Partie will work closely with the Senior Sous Chef and the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and dining experiences for our guests.
Duties
Prepare, cook and present dishes according to established recipes and standards
Make and cook fresh pizzas, including dough preparation, toppings and service
Produce fresh pasta, pastries and breads to a high standard
Work across different sections of the kitchen, including pizza, pasta, pastry, starters, mains, grill or sauces
Assist with prep and service for a variety of dishes across the menu
Support the development of new menu items, seasonal specials and fresh in-house products
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Train and support junior kitchen staff and apprentices as required
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety standards
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Help maintain excellent standards across all areas of the kitchen
Experience
Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
Experience making fresh pizzas, fresh pasta, pastries or bread is highly desirable
Confident working across multiple sections of a busy kitchen
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene
Strong organisation skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining excellent attention to detail
A genuine passion for fresh food, quality ingredients and consistent standards

Pay: £20,280.00-£27,040.00 per year
