The Role
You’ll be running a small team (1-2 operatives) across a portfolio of sites across Berkshire, Surrey & Hampshire.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating your team day-to-day
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time
- Lawn care, hedge cutting, pruning and seasonal tasks
- Using both pedestrian and ride-on mowers
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Liaising with clients on-site (you will be client-facing)
- Ensuring health & safety standards are met
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years grounds maintenance experience
- Experience in a Team Leader / supervisory role
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong work ethic — reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail — no cutting corners
Desirable (not essential):
- PA1 & PA6 spraying licences
- Strong plant knowledge
