Giacopazzi's is a family run business. We take great pride in our 2 convenience stores in Milnathort and Kinross.
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced and friendly environment. Responsibilities
- Giving excellent customer service to customers at the tills and food to go.
- Bringing in deliveries, stocking shelves, whilst ensuring good stock rotation and high cleaning standards.
- Carrying out compliance checks, such as dates, temperature checks and cleaning.
- Going the extra mile for the customer.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile.
- The ability to build a rapport with customers, exceeding their shopping experience expectations.
- To work well within a team diverse team and communicate effectively and openly.
- To carry out tasks around the store, such as replenishment and cleaning, always ensuring high standards.
