We are seeking an experienced Tiler to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large-format tiles and mosaics, with a strong focus on accurate setting out to achieve the best overall finish and avoid awkward or uneven cuts. You’ll be working across a variety of projects involving large-format, patterned, plain, and mixed-size tiles - often within the same installation - so versatility and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- High-precision tiling with clean, tidy cuts
- Confident use of wet cutting machinery
- Excellent setting out to achieve the best visual result
- Preparation works, including floor and wall prep
- Installation of waterproofing systems
- Grouting to a high standard
- Ability to resolve detailed or challenging issues when required
- Capable of self-levelling floors
- Installation of wet room trays (flush and raised)
- Good understanding of building regulations and best practices
- Strong time management to ensure projects run to schedule
- Practical problem-solving and common-sense approach

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar environment
