Complete Campers Southwest is looking for a confident and motivated Vehicle Sourcing Executive / Outbound Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Your job is simple: find quality campervans and motorhomes and create new opportunities for Complete Campers Southwest to sell them.
This is a proactive outbound sales and business development role. You'll contact private vehicle owners to introduce our professional brokerage service, while also developing relationships with campervan conversion companies and other industry contacts to generate new stock and repeat business.
No previous motorhome or campervan experience is required.
We can teach you the product and the industry. What we're looking for is confidence, personality, determination and the ability to sell.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating new stock opportunities rather than waiting for leads to arrive.
You will identify suitable privately advertised campervans and motorhomes, contact their owners and explain why selling through Complete Campers Southwest could be a better alternative to selling privately.
You will also proactively contact campervan conversion companies, developing commercial relationships that can generate a regular supply of vehicles for us to sell.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making proactive outbound calls
- Finding suitable privately advertised campervans and motorhomes
- Introducing owners to our brokerage service
- Contacting campervan conversion companies
- Developing relationships with converters and industry contacts
- Handling questions and objections confidently
- Following up opportunities and arranging valuations
- Managing your own pipeline
- Generating quality new stock for our sales team
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is confident on the telephone, commercially minded and motivated by results.
You will need to be comfortable speaking with new people, building rapport quickly and hearing "no" without losing enthusiasm for the next call.
Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, recruitment, automotive sales, estate agency, account management or business development would be advantageous.
Motorhome or campervan experience is not necessary. Full training will be provided.
Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
This is a performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential.
The more successful you are at sourcing quality vehicles, developing relationships and generating new business, the more you can earn.
There is no ceiling on your commission.
