Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to travel between client locations and company facilities, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Perform thorough window cleaning using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free, spotless results
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each appointment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and vehicle to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously during all cleaning tasks and while driving
- Complete service reports, log completed jobs, and report any issues or damages promptly
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating daily routes for optimal productivity
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving commercial or large vehicles is a plus
- Basic proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills to clearly understand instructions and explain services to clients
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Prior experience in window cleaning or similar service roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to follow safety procedures diligently
