Lead & Assistant Football Coaches
REPs Football is seeking female football coaches and male football coaches to lead & assist our young talented players at our residential training camps, events, tournaments, and oversea trips to The Gothia Cup 2027 and others.
We host multiple camps throughout the year, travel to Sweden, and plan on participating in more European tours.
REPs Football is not a weekly team. Our players grace wide areas of the UK, US, France, and even Dubai!
Successful applicants will be assigned an age group where you will work alongside one other coach.
Key Responsibilities might Include (depending on the event):
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for players aged 10-15.
- Create a positive, high-energy, no-pressure environment for our players.
- Create, plan, and deliver a specialist masterclass session of your choice for groups of players belonging to similar positions (e.g: defending masterclass, finishing masterclass).
- Create a positive, fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
- Bring our coaching philosophy to life and help players develop their skills and confidence.
- Manage tournament days.
- Coach at our upcoming weekly sessions in West London if possible.
- Motivate and inspire players.
- Some pastoral care is required within accommodation on residential trips (will be working alongside a team of coaches with assistants).
Gothia Cup Specific:
- Lead or assist a squad in Sweden for 7+ days.
- Be available during the ~17th - ~25th July 2027 (Essential!)
- Arrange off-the-pitch activities for players.
- Take squads to fixtures following the official Gothia App.
- Submit team-sheets.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
- UEFA B Licence (Required for lead coach).
- Level 1 Licence (Min Required for assistant coach).
- EFAiF (Emergency First Aid in Football Level 2) (Desirable).
- Current FA Enhanced DBS, including current up-to-date safeguarding.
- Experience working with talented girls for our female teams (Essential).
- Experience coaching within the Foundation and/or Youth Development Phases.
- Experience within an academy setting (Desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, and adaptability skills.
- A passion for football and a commitment to player development.

Pay: Up to £25.00 per hour
