Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Trade Sales Manager who can lead a fast paced EU sales team, drive growth in our B2B channel, and build long-term relationships with professional customers including workshops, specialists, and performance garages.
This person must be comfortable working in a demanding, KPI-driven environment with high call volumes, rapid turnaround times, and strict margin discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the EU Trade Sales Team (activity, performance, KPIs).
- Drive daily sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing trade customers and onboard new ones. Work closely with senior management to execute sales strategies.
- Oversee outbound activity, quoting, account management and margin control.
- Ensure team adherence to internal processes, SOPs, and credit-safe procedures. Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with: Essential Experience
- Proven experience in Trade Sales, B2B Account Management, or Sales Management.
- Background in automotive, aftermarket parts, industrial supply, wholesale, or similar trade-driven sectors.
- Demonstrable success leading teams in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to manage KPIs, targets and fast-paced daily activity.
- Additional: Occasional weekend work for automotive events/car shows
- Regular travel is an important part of this role. You will be expected to spend at least one week each month working from our Netherlands branch and travel to visit customers across Europe as required

- Strong leadership with ability to coach, motivate and hold teams accountable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially sharp — understands margins, pricing, stock flow and process.
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable making quick decisions. Ideally someone used to pressure, speed, and daily structured activity.
The role is 8am-5.30pm. 30 minutes unpaid lunch.
We’re looking for someone with strong team-management experience, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to build long-term B2B relationships while maintaining high daily activity levels. This is a fast-paced, high-intensity sales environment, so we need someone who is genuinely used to pressure, can lead from the front, and has a proven track record of driving B2B growth.
