Due to continued expansion we are looking to add to our workforce of mobile engineers. If you are a highly skilled multi disciplined building fabric services engineer, with at least an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in either a Carpentry, Brickwork or Plastering background then we can offer you an opportunity to work for a growing company, that truly values it’s employees, and can offer a highly competitive package.
The role will involve:
- Completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Reactive Activities and Projects
- The successful candidate will preferably be from the Swansea, Cardiff area, and will need to have an understanding of all building trades, including Carpentry, Joinery, Brickwork, Plastering and decoration. They must be able to work under their own initiative whilst adhering to company health and safety guidelines and working practices.
A company vehicle will be provided along with a uniform, phone and tablet. As the face of the company you will be expected to be presentable and courteous when dealing with clients at all times. - There will be an on call requirement and successful candidates will be expected to take part in the on call Rota.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong Core skill set in one trade with experience in the others : Carpentry/Joinery, Bricklaying, Plastering or decoration. Basic Plumbing
- Must be prepared to work outside of normal working hours when required
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a positive attitude
- Must hold a full UK driving license and willing to travel daily.
