Relive Campers & Conversions Ltd is a growing campervan conversion business, and we’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Relations & Sales Coordinator to join our team.
This is a varied role combining customer relations, sales support, administration and workshop coordination. We’re looking for someone who can become an important part of the day-to-day running of the business and help us manage the increasing number of enquiries, quotations and conversion projects coming through the company.
You’ll often be one of the first points of contact for our customers, responding to new enquiries by phone, email and online, understanding what they’re looking for and helping guide them through the options available. You’ll prepare and send quotations, follow up leads and enquiries, answer customer questions and help move potential jobs from an initial enquiry through to a confirmed workshop booking.
Alongside the customer-facing side of the role, there will also be a strong administrative element. You’ll work closely with our workshop team to help coordinate upcoming jobs, ensure the correct information is available, order parts and materials when required and help make sure everything is in place for each conversion or workshop booking.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Responding to new customer enquiries and leads
- Speaking with customers by phone, email and messaging
- Understanding customer requirements and helping advise on suitable options
- Preparing and sending quotations
- Following up outstanding quotations and enquiries
- Helping convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Keeping customers updated throughout the process
- General administration and maintaining accurate customer/job information
- Ordering parts and materials required for upcoming workshop jobs
- Liaising with suppliers where necessary
- Working closely with the workshop team to coordinate upcoming work
- Making sure relevant parts, information and requirements are ready ahead of jobs
- Assisting with the general organisation and smooth running of the business
We’re looking for somebody who is confident with people, highly organised and comfortable taking ownership of their workload. You’ll need to be able to manage multiple enquiries and jobs at once while making sure customers receive a professional and friendly service.
Previous experience within customer service, sales support, administration, coordination or a similar role would be beneficial. Experience or an interest in campervans, vehicles or the motor trade would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential.
More importantly, we’re looking for somebody with the right attitude who wants to become a key member of the team and grow with the business.
