Responsibilities
- Answering phone and email enquiries from customers and suppliers
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments, bookings, and diaries for the team
- Reviewing evidence and compliance sent in from the on site teams
- Maintaining accurate records, filing, and general office systems
- Preparing and processing paperwork, quotes, and correspondence
- Ordering office and site supplies as needed
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in an office environment with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with office equipment and software used for document management and data processing
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures precisely
- Effective communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Experience in eco, retrofit, or construction is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided
