We are on the lookout for a brand new Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team. This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in our London office, with flexibility for home working and regular travel as required.
This is a full time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 09:00am and 17:30pm. The role offers a salary of £30,000-£32,000, reflective of experience and responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be a key part of our Marketing Team, supporting campaigns that build brand awareness, drive occupancy and help create vibrant student and co-living communities. You’ll get involved in the full marketing mix and work closely with the rest of marketing, as well as our on-site property teams. Your role will include:
- Supporting the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social and print.
- Maintaining and optimising website content and landing pages using WordPress, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date and SEO/GEO optimised.
- Managing and refreshing listings on third-party property portals such as Rightmove, StuRents and MyStudentHalls.
- Supporting SEO/GEO and paid media strategies across Google and paid social to drive traffic and conversions.
- Supporting with the briefing and creation of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets and advertising campaigns.
- Writing content including blogs, website copy and campaign communications.
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging across Host and Habito channels.
- Conducting competitor analysis and gathering local insights to inform marketing activity.
- Monitoring campaign performance and supporting the Marketing Managers with reporting.
- Coordinating yearly projects across properties, including promotional items, print and signage.
- Liaising with on-site teams, photographers and videographers, including supporting shoots and content capture.
- Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and supporting the wider marketing team with admin and project work.
Who We’re Looking For
We need someone who is proactive, customer-focused, creative and keen to learn. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in property, hospitality, or youth-focused sectors.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- A passion for community-building and understanding of Gen Z audiences.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to achieve outstanding results and continuously learn.
- A conscientious approach with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive nature and ability to work on own initiative.
