About Us
Amigos Burgers & Shakes is looking for an energetic, reliable and hardworking Restaurant Crew Member to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is happy to work across different stations to deliver great food and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh burgers and menu items to company standards.
- Work on the grill station cooking burgers, chicken and other menu items.
- Prepare customer orders accurately at the packing station.
- Prepare milkshakes, soft drinks and other beverages at the drinks station.
- Cook fries, sides and other products following company procedures.
- Restock ingredients and packaging throughout the shift.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, food safety and cleanliness.
- Work across different stations as required during busy periods.
- Support your teammates to ensure fast, friendly and accurate service.
- Assist with opening, closing and daily cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant or kitchen is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
