What You'll Do
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
- Support project planning, resource coordination, and workload management.
- Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve project challenges.
- Track project risks and assist in implementing effective solutions.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project coordination, project management, operations, administration, business support, customer service, or a related role is beneficial but not essential.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support continuous improvement.
- Degree, college qualification, or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: £4,000.00-£5,600.00 per month
