The Role: Sales Assistant in our New Store
We are delighted to have opened a new store this May at The Galleries in Washington and are looking for a driven, people-focused Store Assistants to join our Baytree Interiors Outlet team.
In this role, you will deliver and implement exceptional customer service standards in line with company expectations, replenish products and merchandise displays on the shop floor.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Customer service standards in line with company standards.
- Developing knowledge and expertise of products and merchandising plans.
- Replenish products and displays on the shop floor.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
- Keep a timely attendance and awareness of the working schedule.
- Adhere to company procedures relating to security, cash handling and health and safety.
- Be proactive in sharing knowledge in a team environment.
- Be a good representative of Baytree Interiors and go the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience within retail
- A passion for interiors and furniture (desirable)
- Creative flair for merchandising
- A real peoples person with great communication skills

Working Hours
- Contract: 20 hour contact, with additional hours expected to cover peak periods and staff leave

Pay: £12.75 per hour
