Alma is looking for a bright, energetic and passionate Barista / Waitress to join our team at our Northcote Road café.

What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Taking orders and providing excellent table service
- Making consistently great coffee and other drinks
- Delivering food and drinks to a high standard
- Keeping the café clean, organised and looking its best
- Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Helping create the warm and energetic atmosphere Alma is known for
- Making sure every guest leaves happy and wanting to come back
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment
- Experienced in barista work and/or table service — experience is preferred, but the right attitude is just as important
