White Goods Engineer – Field Based
About the Role
Repair & Assure is seeking an experienced White Goods Engineer to join our expanding field service team. This is a customer-facing position where you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic appliances within customers’ homes.
You will be fully supported by our dedicated office and scheduling team, provided with high-quality tools, manufacturer-led training, and a fully equipped company van—allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair domestic white goods appliances in customers’ homes
- Work on appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, and electric cookers
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience at every visit
- Liaise with the scheduling team to manage daily workloads, parts, and job updates
- Represent Repair & Assure in a professional and reliable manner at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year’s field-based experience repairing domestic appliances
- Proven ability to repair at least four of the following:
washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, electric cookers
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
