About the Role
As a Matchday Retail Assistant, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional fan experience. Working as part of the Exeter Chiefs Club Shop Team, you'll provide outstanding customer service, helping supporters find the perfect merchandise while ensuring the shop is fully stocked, organised, and ready for the excitement of matchday.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Welcome and engage with supporters in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately using the till system.
- Replenish stock and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
- Pick, pack, and fulfil website orders.
- Help keep the Club Shop clean, organised, and matchday ready.
- Support the wider Exeter Chiefs Club Shop Team with any additional retail duties as required.
Hours
- 4–8 hours per home matchday.
- Applicants must be available to work all Exeter Chiefs Men's home fixtures throughout the season.
- There will also be opportunities to work Exeter Chiefs Women's home fixtures, subject to availability.
- Fixtures can take place on Saturdays or Sundays, with the season running from September to June.
Pay
Pay is dependent on age and experience, ranging from £8.00 to £12.71 per hour, plus 12.07% holiday pay.
