Surrey and Borders Partnership Trust is undergoing an exciting transformation of community mental health services to develop integrated neighbourhood mental health teams. We are committed to providing robust clinical pathways and ensuring that people using our services have timely access to high quality, evidence-based psychological interventions. To support delivery of our clinical pathways we are investing in a range of psychological roles. We are recruiting to 9 Psychologists posts (Band 7/8a) to join our Adult Neighbourhood Community Mental Health Services across Surrey.

Our pathways embody strong partnership working with a wide range of statutory and VCSE providers and people with lived experience. Each of the advertised roles is key to ensuring therapies pathways are high quality, effective and accessible across the adult age range, and that psychosocial interventions are embedded in wider service delivery.
Unless 8a competencies are met at the time of application, the successful candidate will commence in post at band 7 and then work towards individualised competencies as discussed with the Sector Manager and Psychology Lead.
