Location: Upper Broughton, LE14 3BQ (travelling to client sites daily)
Pay: £13.35 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time (45 hours a week 6.30 am to 4.00 pm, Mon to Fri)

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out landscaping duties including turfing, planting, mulching, fencing, and groundwork.
- Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols and client policies on-site.
- Represent the company professionally at all times through personal conduct and appearance.
- Follow instructions from team leaders or supervisors and contribute to team goals.
Person Specification:
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to delivering high standards.
- Ability to take instructions, work collaboratively, and maintain focus on detail.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Positive attitude and pride in personal and team performance.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Previous landscaping experience is desired.
- Manual handling is essential (a requirement to regularly perform frequent manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving landscaping materials and equipment, in line with H&S guidelines).
- Full UK manual driving licence (ideally with no more than 3 penalty points).
- CSCS card (the company can assist with this, but a start date will only be confirmed once a card is obtained).
- The legal right to live and work in the UK.
